Amazing Reiki Master
I have just finished Reiki Level 1 course and have enjoyed every minute. Denise is an amazing Reiki Master who talked us through our manuals and her experiences, teaching us precepts, grounding and mindfulness exercises which I had never experienced before. My time with Tree Of Health & Wellness has been truly amazing. I want to thank both, Denise & Susan, for helping me onto my Reiki journey, their hospitality, their time & dedication to each student was 5 star. Again Thank You Namaste

My wife and I have been seeing Denise for regular massages and reiki treatments for a couple of years… as we swim daily we reap the benefits of deep tissue to keep the niggles away and when feeling in the need we may have a top up relaxation massage or reiki that helps with every day stresses. Denise is fully qualified in various massage skills including sports, lymphatic, holistic to name a few and is a well-established Reiki Master Teacher with beautiful energy and calmness. Nothing is too much trouble and she greets everyone with her beautiful smile, we recommend her to everyone and if you see her you won’t be disappointed

I had a wonderful relaxing time at Tree of Health and Wellbeing. A massage and then Reiki session both with Denise. I don't know how time flew by, you were immediately deeply relaxed and had no sense of time. I recommend it to everyone. Trained people work here who do their job with love and individuality and every hand movement is a pleasure. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Through having a monthly massage with Denise. I was introduced to Rebecca for Reflexology WOW This lady knows her subject. I have had reflexology before and it was good, however this was another level. The treatment is so complete in-depth and just the most amazing experience. Rebecca is so professional with a consultation first of course, completes your charts after your treatment and then of course there for any discussion about the treatment and anything that has arisen during the process. So relaxing and holistically beneficial. Now added to myself care plan on a regular basis. Couldn't recommend more highly
